[Mercedes] RHD 2000 A class "Elegance" built for the Japanese market

I drove a 4-speed '60 Wolseley RHD sedan in Fiji. The small shift knob was
located between the right side of the driver's seat and driver's door.
Therefore, I could shift gears unobtrusively with my RIGHT hand, totally
confusing any passengers.
