If you want a "maintenance" charger the Battery Minder is a popular one.

Beware of counterfeits sold on Amazon.

If you have a current drain and just want to maintain/recover the battery until you can resolve that issue, disconnect the battery negative cable and then use the Battery Minder to recharge/recover the battery.

Not sure what to recommend as a traditional charger. I have a very old Sears brand charger that appears to be little more than a transformer in a stamped steel enclosure. Charge until the current draw indicated on the meter drops.
