	They used to be popular. My father worked at a Chrysler/Plymouth  
dealer, I remember going in to work on his car on the weekend from  
time to time as a tyke. They had a balancer that spun the wheel on  
the car.
	There was a "hub cap" with 3 rings in the center that one would  
briefly grab alternately until all the shaking went away. One of the  
rings showed weight needed the other two moved it around and there  
was an arrow that showed where to put it. Almost 20 years later, I  
worked at the same dealer with my Dad and used that same balancer  
many many times.
