	Pretty difficult. I use a cut-off piece of 10mm Allen wrench and  
break the bolts loose with a 10mm box wrench. I then use a 10mm gear  
wrench to remove the bolts. I prefer this method with these tools  
over 3 1/2' of extensions, swivels etc.
