	There must be a dead short either in the fixture or the new wiring  
to it. It is also possible that you have a fixture that uses  a  
single filament bulb with 2 contacts on the bottom. 1 is for power  
and the other goes to ground. If a single contact bulb is put in its  
place, it can provide a direct connection from power to ground.
