[MBZ] radio code

Someone was having a problem but I can't find the original post - their 
girlfriend had tried the code 3 times and the radio locked up - I read the 
book & it says to keep the radio powered up with "COde" showing for at least 
15 minutes then you get 3 more tries.   It'll lock again if the attempts are 
wrong - and you get 3 total tries before it locks up for 24 hours.
